Return Policy Update
To provide clarity and maintain fairness for all customers, FM2050 has updated our return policy as of December 1, 2025.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached.

Items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are always final sale and cannot be returned:

Jewelry

Belts & hats

Hair accessories

Eyewear

Scarves

Handbags

Keychains

Other accessories

Items marked “Final Sale”
All other items must follow these conditions to be accepted for returns:
For items that are returnable:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Instructions:
U.S. Customers

Pack your item(s) in any box or bag of your choice.

Include your order confirmation email or a copy of your invoice.

Use the prepaid return label we email you.

Drop off the package according to the carrier instructions.
International Customers

Pack your item(s) securely with order details included.

Ship using your own courier to the return address below.

Use a trackable method — we are not responsible for lost returns.

Return Processing

Once your return arrives and is approved, we process it within 5–7 business days.

Refunds to your original payment method usually take an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in FM2050 physical stores follow the store’s in-person return policy, as printed on your receipt.

Online return rules do not apply to in-store purchases.
