Return Policy Update
To provide clarity and maintain fairness for all customers, FM2050 has updated our return policy as of December 1, 2025.
All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal (click here).
You may also start a return by selecting “Start a Return” in the footer of our website.
1. Return Rules & Timeframes
- All U.S. returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
(Shipping label will be provided by us for all U.S. orders).

Customers who select store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method will receive their return amount plus an additional 10% bonus in store credit.

Store credit is issued in the form of a digital FM2050 gift card and can be used online or in-store.

Full Refunds (Original Payment Method):
Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. -
Store Credit:
Returns may be initiated within 30 days of the order date and will be issued as store credit. -
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are always final sale and cannot be returned:

Return Guidelines

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our online return portal.

Return requests sent via email are not monitored daily and may experience delayed responses.

To ensure timely processing, please use the return portal for all return and exchange requests.

Returns from separate orders must be submitted and shipped separately.

Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with your return.
Return Processing

Once your return arrives and is approved, we process it within 5–7 business days.

Refunds to your original payment method usually take an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

You will receive an email once processing is complete.
In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in FM2050 physical stores follow the store’s in-person return policy, as printed on your receipt.

Online return rules do not apply to in-store purchases.
